Hairdresser Responsibilities:
Talk with clients to assess their haircare goals
Provide hairstyling recommendations and advice to clients who ask for it
Cut, colour, wash, and style clients’ hair
Clean and sterilize the hair care tools that you use between each client you see
Use a wide variety of hair care products to help clients achieve their desired appearance
Offer your clients advice on how to take care of the hairstyle that you give to them
Help us sell the products and tools that we use to your clients
Complete administrative tasks around the shop, such as cleaning and scheduling tasks
Hairdresser Requirements:
Level 3 qualified or as a minimum NVQ2 with a desire to take the3.
Engaging personality
Positive ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to deliver a wide variety of hairstyles to clients
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in hair care and style
Perfectionist
Ambitious
Must be able to work alone or as part of a team.
